OUR TEAM:
The Chakula family are Marta Silva, Miguel Sousa and Yorgo Nellas from Spain, Portugal and Greece.
United by our passion for good food and traveling, we decided to team up by forming Chakula, providing catering to festivals, markets and events in Europe and Asia.
We feel that paella rice best unites the many flavours of southern, Mediterranean Europe from which we all come. Although it is famous as a Spanish dish, paella appears in a similar form also in Greece and Portugal and we have created a fusion that expresses the colours and flavours of each of our countries.
